Habang nagpapavalidate ng ID sila Waldo at Diego sa Windy Library...


Waldo: Tol bad trip!
Diego: Oh bakit nanaman? Ang aga-aga bad trip ka na!
Waldo: Break na kami nung girlfriend kong law student.
Diego: Sino dun? Si Sue?
Waldo: Sino pa nga ba.
Diego: O bakit naman daw? Ano reason?

Waldo: Negligent daw ako sa relationship namin.

Diego: Ha?

Waldo: I fell below the level of competence expected in taking care of her heart daw.

Diego: What the! Bakit naman, diba panay sundo mo sa kanya tuwing 8:30 ng gabi.

Waldo: Oo.

Diego: Eh bat nagkaganon.

Diego: Eh pano naman daw?

Waldo: Heto tol basahin mo huling letter niya sakin. (sabay hikbi)

Dear Waldo,

Applying the doctrine of res ipsa loquitur which states that:

Where the thing which causes injury is shown to be under the management of the defendant, and the accident is such as in the ordinary course of things does not happen if those who have the management use proper care, it affords reasonable evidence, in the absence of an explanation by the defendant, that the accident arose from want of care.

Thus, I feel depressed and heart-broken, and it is a fact that you own my heart and the same is under your management. I don't know why I feel this way but since this would not happen if you exert proper care, then I therefore conclude that this feeling was caused by your want of care.

Diego: (sobrang natatawa na pero di pinahalata) Bat di mo pinaglaban sarili mo.

Waldo: Adik! Essay ko nga sa Theology di ko maayos, sasagot pa ko sa sulat na yun!

Diego: Sabagay, may point ka nanaman!

Waldo: Tsaka baka pag sumagot pako baka maka-isip ng ibang doctrine yun. Eh wala nako pansagot maliban sa "I rest my case."

Diego: Sabagay! Talino mo talaga tol!

Waldo: Hindi naman, di ka lang marunong mag-isip! 

Umalis na ang dalawa pagkatapos dikitan ng tabinging sticker ang ID nila...
